كيف أفتح متجري؟

من حسابي ← بازاري تاجر ← اشتراك. الاشتراك سنوي، ويُفعَّل متجرك فور نجاح الدفع. على أجهزة iPhone و iPad يتم الاشتراك عبر مشتريات داخل التطبيق من Apple، وتُدار الفوترة والتجديد والإلغاء من إعدادات Apple ID.

كيف أدير اشتراكي أو ألغيه؟

• على iPhone / iPad: الإعدادات ← [اسمك] ← الاشتراكات ← Bazary. الإلغاء يوقف التجديد التلقائي ويبقى متجرك فعّالاً حتى نهاية المدة المدفوعة.
• على Android والويب: من تفاصيل الاشتراك داخل التطبيق، أو راسلنا على البريد أعلاه.
• استعادة عملية شراء: إذا غيّرت جهازك أو أعدت تثبيت التطبيق، اضغط استعادة المشتريات في شاشة الاشتراك.

كيف أضيف منتجاً؟

من إضافة منتج في شريط التاجر. اختر الفئة (طبخ، حلويات، أزياء، حرف)، ارفع حتى 5 صور، واملأ التفاصيل. مساعد الصياغة الذكي يقترح لك عنواناً ووصفاً.

متى أستلم أرباحي؟

من المالية تشاهد المبيعات وصافي الربح بعد عمولة المنصّة والرصيد القابل للسحب. اطلب السحب من نفس الشاشة بعد إدخال بياناتك البنكية أو معرّف CliQ.

لم يصلني رمز التحقق (OTP)

تأكد أن رقمك مسجَّل بصيغة دولية صحيحة وأن واتساب فعّال على الجهاز. إن استمرت المشكلة راسلنا وسنفعّل حسابك يدوياً.

الخصوصية وحذف الحساب

يمكنك حذف حسابك وبياناتك من حسابي ← إلغاء الحساب داخل التطبيق، أو بمراسلتنا على support@bazaryapp.com وسنحذف بياناتك خلال 30 يوماً. التفاصيل في سياسة الخصوصية والشروط والأحكام.

How do I open a store?

Go to Account → Bazary Seller → Subscribe. The subscription is annual and your store activates as soon as payment succeeds. On iPhone and iPad the subscription is sold through Apple In-App Purchase; billing, renewal and cancellation are managed in your Apple ID settings.

Managing or cancelling my subscription

• iPhone / iPad: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → Bazary. Cancelling stops auto-renewal; your store stays active until the paid period ends.
• Android and web: use Subscription details in the app, or email us.
• Restore a purchase: changed device or reinstalled? Tap Restore Purchases on the subscription screen.

Adding a product

Use Add product in the merchant bar. Pick a category (food, sweets, fashion, crafts), upload up to 5 photos, and fill in the details. The smart writing assistant can draft a title and description for you.

Getting paid

Financials shows sales, net profit after platform commission, and your withdrawable balance. Request a payout from the same screen once your bank details or CliQ ID are saved.

I did not receive my OTP

Check that your number is in full international format and that WhatsApp is active on the device. If it still fails, email us and we will verify your account manually.

Privacy & account deletion

Delete your account and data from Account → Delete account in the app, or email support@bazaryapp.com and we will erase your data within 30 days. See the Privacy Policy and Terms.
